Tuya is a distinguished water expert with over 35 years of experience working in the leather industry, water authority and consultancy services. She has been the leading role of Mongolia’s water authority’s customer oriented new projects, including adoption of the Water authority’s Utility Service Delivery and Customer Relations system, developing the terms of reference of Water calculation program, WATNET system for water consumption monitoring, and introduced user friendly water metering system. She has been engaged with SB Consulting over the Southeast Gobi Urban and Border Town Development Project: Additional Financing, providing customer relations advisory services along with sound project coordination among other consultants to achieve desired results coming under the institutional development and capacity building of public utility companies.
