Och has over 10 years of experience in financial management, banking and project management, having worked with both private and public sector companies in respect of reviewing the financial statements and providing consultancy. At Setsen Bilguun Consulting, he has successfully worked on the development and funding engagement of manufacturing projects. Currently, he is serving as financial advisor on Ulaanbaatar Green Affordable Housing and Resilient Urban Renewal Sector Project, an initiative that envisions the construction of 10,000 green, climate-resilient and sustainable housing units. Och developed green financing mechanism and financial model which is a framework with purpose of reviewing and validating feasibility study of proposed projects to ensure effective lending and investment decisions. He was extensively involved in the development of financial documents which are now used as the base framework for project assessment, facilitating the establishment of private investment fund.
