Khastumur is a highly motivated team player that has proven working experience in public utility, construction, green finance and meat sector. At Setsen Bilguun LLC, he has been consistently working as a junior financial analyst / support staff over several projects and relevant assignments wherein he is responsible for: (i) Day-to-day coordination and administrative works; (ii) Developing of financial model and relevant estimates; (iii) Preparation of minor reports; (iv) Conducting market research; (v) Budgeting of specified project activities; (vi) Two-way translation of project reports; and (vii) Ad hoc tasks such as preparation of project bid documents and proposals. He has proven track records in engaging with the establishment of green private investment fund under Ulaanbaatar Green Affordable Housing and Resilient Urban Renewal Sector Project, institutional development and capacity strengthening advisory services under L3713-MON: Southeast Gobi Urban and Border Town Development Project – Additional Financing, market sounding survey among abattoirs, potential investors and chain stores under Mongolia Transport Connectivity and Logistics Improvement project, financial modelling of spun yarn production capacity enhancement project and green project screening. Khastumur completed a bachelor of business administration in the field of financial management in the University of Finance and Economics Mongolia in 2022 as well as an investment course organised by the MASD which grants a certification entitling investment advisory activities and underwriting prerogative in the capital market.
