Azjargal is a seasoned banker with 20 years of banking experience in manufacturing, mining, agribusiness, services, consumer, energy, renewables, infrastructure, education, health, real estate, and financial sectors in Eastern Europe, CIS, Mongolia, Middle East and Africa. She brings over 20 years of green, sustainable, and impact business financing experience, working with women-led projects and companies on numerous green projects and its training programs. Azjargal has worked in close liaison with the relevant Government agencies and MSMEs, providing financing and consulting services on institutions and regulatory frameworks to unlock circular economy potential and implementation of sustainable operational and financial management. Azjargal is currently providing consultancy services to Blackrock, CDC Group, Africa Invest, IFC, and UK government in the area of sustainable financing, ESG, and climate investment and sits on corporate boards.
