Setsen Bilguun LLC served as the strategic and financial advisor for the “Recycled Paper Plant” project, based on an in-depth assessment of market opportunities, appropriate technologies, and the most suitable mechanisms and practices for paper recycling in Mongolia. Our team defined the business structure and led the overall financial planning and project structuring. As a result, MNT 17 billion was successfully raised for the project, the factory was built, and operations have stabilized since 2022. As part of the advisory services, we also implemented preparatory measures to ensure the successful execution of the project, including optimizing the company's balance sheet structure, enhancing financial management, human resource management, and organizational restructuring.
