SB Consulting had been selected as a financial advisor in “Tavan Tolgoi Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant” project and took the lead in the development of project financing structure, preliminary financial model and possible options in reference to GoM and private sector involvement.
Within the scope of the project, our firm conducted a comparative multi-scenario analysis in terms of project financing structure and had an extensive dialogue where alternative project financing structures are suggested. Moreover, a specific precondition for realising project financing in respect of each alternative was determined while legally and financially advising on base contract.
