As the National Consultant for the EBRD’s SMART TA Project, providing recommendations and support to the Government of Mongolia’s working group in aligning the draft Law on Improving the Productivity, Transparency, and Governance of State-Owned and Locally-Owned Enterprises—submitted to the Parliament of Mongolia—with international best practices and OECD recommendations. Providing policy advice on the development of a model for diagnosing and ranking SOEs, and on the preparation of a roadmap for structural reforms. Conducted a consolidated analysis of SOEs.
