The Project is aimed to introduce an advanced German technology in Mongolian construction sector by utilizing prefabricating lightweight concrete modules in the factory to be later assembled at the construction site for affordable, quick and high-quality housing. SB Consulting acted as a lead financial advisor conducting extensive market research as well as detailed production costing. The project secured a syndicated loan fund from Lands-Berlin Bank with an export guarantee from Euler Hermes Agency. SB Consulting later on extensively engaged in negotiating the EPC contract with potential bidders and organised the funding arrangements from local financial institutions.
