SB Consulting acted as a lead strategic and circular economy advisor in development of the Recycled Packaging Paper Manufacturing Factory Project, approaching to conducted a comprehensive market study on the global raw material market and local waste paper market condition and used its result as input in developing the feasibility study. Our firm developed an environmentally friendly, resource-efficient and vigour circular economy approach in the business model and pioneered the transition into an innovative paper recycling process, introducing industry leading technology, effective systems and best practices. The project had significantly contributed to pollution control, resource efficiency and green transformation in the packaging sector of Mongolia.
